European Microsoft Architect
We have identified a need for the
recruitment of multiple Microsoft knowledge specialists to focus on
key technology areas including; security, system centre and Server
(Windows Server 2003 & 2008/Active Directory).The role
of the European Microsoft Architect for Microsoft at Global
Knowledge will be to assist in developing and continually
redefining the company to be the lead technology partner for
Microsoft across Europe within their Learning Solutions program.
The European Microsoft Architect will create relationships with key
Microsoft personnel and represent Global Knowledge and Microsoft in
a positive manner at all times. Through these relationships the
European Microsoft Architect will identify content development,
support, redelivery and customer engagement opportunities and
communicate these to the appropriate personnel within GK to work on
the commercial proposition.
With the agreement of the Product Director the European
Microsoft Architect will be responsible for the creation of new
content for redelivery through either a seminar, ILT, SPeL, VCeL or
other learning method. The content created will either be
redelivered by the European Microsoft Architect across Europe or
the content, knowledge and style transferred to other instructors
through TTT’s. The European Microsoft Architect may be
requested to provide marketing support through content to represent
the Global Knowledge image & brand for a
website/newsletter/web-seminar/industry publication or by providing
advice on how a technology should be represented. Working as a
tutor the European Microsoft Architect will be responsible for
developing the technical/style capabilities of the Microsoft Global
Knowledge instructors across Europe to improve their capabilities
as well as overall customer experience.
The European Microsoft Architect will be focused on achieving
some of Microsoft’s more elite accreditations including MCLC, MVP
and MCA as well as becoming involved with Microsoft advisory boards
and feedback groups. Guidance and support for these will be
available through Microsoft, and the Chief Architects within Global
Knowledge.

- A Microsoft Certified Instructor (MCT) who wants to be involved
in leading-edge Microsoft technologies
- Enthusiastic about re-communicating this knowledge to customers
and partners
- Interested in building vendor relationships on behalf of self
and company
