About Our Partners
All of our partners are carefully selected using our Vendor
Selection Process. This takes into consideration the breadth of the
portfolio, accreditations, geographic locations, quality and
pricing of the partner.
Global Knowledge has a dedicated Vendor Manager who is
responsible for all contract negotiation, day to day management,
quality and acts as the main escalation point between our
Customers, Account Managers and the Partner.
