Business System Analysis
The infrastructure and processes vary dramatically from one
organisation to another and so the processes within every Managed
Training Service are different. To make our implementation as
painless as possible we conduct a Business Processes and Systems
Analysis.

Our Business Analyst is responsible for analysing the business
needs of our customers to help identify any potential problems and
recommend solutions. By liaising with our Project Manager and
key customer contacts they ensure that both the business and IT
functions and processes have been factored into our
implementation.
This logical analytical approach is unique to Global Knowledge
and the gathering of all this information guarantees a high success
factor.
