Classroom-based
training
Global Knowledge delivers around 750 classes a month across
Europe. Student comfort is a prime concern as we believe it is
conducive to effective learning. That's why we provide breakfast
and lunch for students at our training locations. Individual work
stations feature the very latest technology and we have invested
US$12 million in our hands on labs where delegates have full access
to functional network devices.

On-site learning
We can bring our training to you. We have over 700 courses to
choose from or we will tailor a programme to your organisation's
specific needs. Global Knowledge provides everything required,
including software, hardware and networking equipment: you simply
provide the students.

Self-paced e-learning
Give your employees the flexibility to acquire new skills in
their own time. We deliver 15,000 hours of e-learning per month
worldwide. A wealth of online training resources is all designed to
match the training that delegates receive at face-to-face or
virtual training sessions.

Virtual classroom e-learning
When your team is geographically distributed and you have a
limited travel budget, leverage our Virtual Classroom e-Learning.
This method delivers the same content as the classroom right to the
desktop. We bring a live instructor to you, in real time via the
Internet.
Our virtual classrooms provide you with a highly successful
way of delivering consistent training to a geographically dispersed
workforce. We currently support 50,000 student hours of live remote
lab training every month. Students receive live instruction over
the internet, delivered to their desktops. They can chat with the
instructor and their fellow classmates. Like students in our fully
equipped physical classrooms, they have access to functional
network devices. They can configure real devices, even though they
might be hundreds or even thousands of miles away. This learning
experience is time and cost efficient, and
extremely effective.
