What is PCA?
The Professional Career Accelerator (PCA) is a FREE OF CHARGE resource
aimed at building partner capabilities and capacity to formalize
development of their technical and non-technical talent.
The PCA program is not another training
program; instead, it is an employee development tool designed to
engage frontline supervisors in the career growth of their direct
reports. Many companies have on-the-job training or
shadow-the-expert programs, but those programs are often
unstructured. The PCA provides a model for a coach to follow to
provide employees the support they need to develop quickly.
The participant is evaluated
performing all the critical tasks that make up his or her role. The
PCA has resources to evaluate the roles of account manager, systems
engineer (pre-sales), and field systems engineer
(postsales).
PCA is designed to create and enhance the development of
education strategies and personal development within your business.
