The first Business Outcome sales curriculum is focused on Customer Expertise as a practice and Virtual Expertise as a business offer.
It is a 1-day interactive workshop aimed identifying your target customer profile, the care-abouts of the Line-Of-Business stakeholders and position the solution accordingly with confidence and a trust-building ability.
The curriculum comes in two vertical flavours: Financial Services Industry and Citizen Services for government institutions.
