    Melanie Jones is the Cisco Product Manager for Global Knowledge EMEAR and has been responsible for Global Knowledge's Cisco training portfolio for many years. Experienced in launching new Cisco Certifications, Melanie is ideally placed to update on the latest additions to the Cisco portfolio.  

    Michael Smith
    Michael is a consultant with over 20 years IT experience. Whilst working for the leading Cisco Virtualisation Partner in Europe, co-authored the Flex Pod Premier Partner Lab Guide to deploying Microsoft Hyper V on Cisco UCS with the Flex Pod to Go Team in Carson City, Nevada. Also co-authored the company best practice guide to NX-OS and UCS deployments, delivered various Data Centre Switching (N7K, N5K, N2K and N1K) and UCS courses, managed a flex pod environment and conducted deployment of UCS on customer sites. During this time also developed a Cloud Apprentice Programme as part of the Employer Ownership of Skills.
